Rainbow Sprinkles is a collection of children’s songs designed to empower children of LGBT-headed families. There’s a little something for everyone with hip-hop, calypso, and country all thrown into the mix and lyrics that illustrate a range of many types of LGBT-headed families. From the bouncy beat of “Aunt Betty” to the heartfelt “Double Dads” to the catchy title track, the songs from Rainbow Sprinkles are so much fun, you might just find yourself singing along!

Suzi got her start in children’s television, as the associate producer of the Bozo the Clown Show on WGBS TV in Philadelphia. Aside from her producing duties, Suzi was seen on air as the ringmaster. As co-host of the show, Suzi’s reading segment, “Suzi’s Book Corner,” broke new ground when she featured the book Heather Has Two Mommies, followed by a discussion with a number of children from LGBT-headed households in the studio audience.
Suzi Nash has been a staple in the LGBT community, serving on the board of GLSEN Philadelphia, acting as a judge and programmer for the Philadelphia International Gay & Lesbian Film Festival, and proudly being featured in the Philadelphia Gay Pride Parade and Festival. She recently performed for Rainbow Families Great Lakes in Saugatuck, Michigan, and at the Gay Games in Chicago.
Directed by Karen Goodman, If She Grows Up Gay chronicles a young African American mother with a new lesbian lover, her concerns about raising a child in a GLBT household, and how she addresses them.
